  • Once we have your content (logo, images, business info), we deliver a 5-page site in about 1 week. Each extra page adds about 1 more day. A 20-page site = ~20 days.

    • 1️⃣ We agree to work together and sign a scope of work.

    • 2️⃣ You pay a 50% retainer to get started.

    • 3️⃣ We collect your info (logo, images, brand details, a short survey on site style).

    • 4️⃣ We build the site (starting with inner pages first for review).

    • 5️⃣ You approve the first page, then we finish the rest.

    • 6️⃣ Final site launch once everything is good to go (and you pay the outstanding balance).


    Revisions are minimal because we confirm as we go—this keeps things moving fast and efficient.

    • 📸 Images* (product shots, headshots, etc.)

    • 📖 Business info (can be rough—we’ll refine it for you)

    • 🎨 Brand preferences (colors, styles you like)

    • 💡 Already have a website? We can pull info from there!


    *If you lack great images, we can help, either by finding a suitable photographer for you, or if you’re in the WA or BC area, we could to the photography ourselves.

  • That’s totally doable! Features like booking systems, membership portals, and other advanced setups require a custom quote—just let us know what you need.

  • Selling online? We build Shopify stores, but pricing and setup are different from standard websites. Reach out for a quote.

  • If you have just a little bit of design savvy, then you shouldn’t have any issues. We typically build sites on Squarespace as it’s one of the easier WYSIWYG platforms to use, which is great if you’d like to handle your own upkeep and updates.

    Of course, we’re always here to help when needed.
